Return & Refund Policy — Sultan Heritage
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the item, based on the tracking delivery date.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused.
- All original tags must be intact.
- If the item is used or the tag is removed, the return will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
Customers must contact us first before sending any item back.
We will provide return instructions and approval.
4. Return Shipping Cost
All return shipping costs are covered by Sultan Heritage.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
- It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available if:
- The item is unused.
- Tags are not removed.
- The product passes inspection after we receive it.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or altered, we will not accept the return.
We will notify the customer and ship the item back to them.
8. International Orders
The same return and refund policies apply to international customers.
